That’s what we aim to always be known and loved for by all of our clients Ed joined EY upon graduating from Queen Mary University of London and then redirected his CA studies into finance recruitment. Following a successful career with a leading global recruitment firm, Ed co-founded Venator, a specialist Finance Recruitment Consultancy, with Dominic Cara in 2007. In 2019, Venator joined forces with Luke and Zenco and Emu was born. Ed lives on the Mornington Peninsula with his family and an energetic Rhodesian Ridgeback. Ed loves practicing yoga and he tries to play golf as much as possible, which is tricky as most weekends he is deployed as his kids’ Uber driver.
