As a director in our Private Equity practice, Lindsey focuses on assessing and enhancing corporate value for both private equity and corporate clients during all phases of the deal cycle, from due diligence through post-close value creation. Her consulting and industry experience, combined with a strong emphasis on finance & technology, provides clients with broad insight into corporate operations, and enables her to deliver rapid results. Lindsey works across all industries, but has particular emphasis on technology and business services firms. Prior to joining AlixPartners in 2016, Lindsey led product development and launch of an IoT and sharing economy platform, after having spent most of her career in consulting. Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri - Kansas City
