Given the increasing complexities of multinational corporations doing business across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, combined with the rise of Asian competitors, Jimson offers robust discussions and advice to clients on how to better engage in the region. He has completed several hundred C-suite searches in healthcare, private equity start-ups, and regional healthcare conglomerates. He has been entrusted with the assessment of senior leaders for growth, career advice, or during mergers. This covers pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, healthcare services, and IT. Jimson is a trusted advisor to global and regional leaders of multinational companies. Previously, Jimson was the regional partner of healthcare and life sciences for another major global advisory firm. Prior to his career in executive search, he served for 17 years in operational leadership roles. Jimson started his career in biotechnology with Temasek Holdings, then joined Serono as regional manager, and later served as business development director at Abbott Laboratories before being promoted to general manager for Thailand. Jimson was also regional vice president at Baxter Healthcare. He has managed distributors, opened new markets, crafted joint ventures, led acquisitions, invested in manufacturing capacity, and led regional commercial teams. He grew up in Singapore and has lived and worked in US, Thailand, and Switzerland. Jimson serves non-governmental and non-profit organizations and sits on the boards of various charity organizations. Education: Jimson earned a master of business administration from the University of Hull in the UK and a bachelor of science degree in biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts.
