Christina collaborates with global financial services firms to find and assess executives across investment, distribution, product, and risk management in traditional fixed income and equity, real estate, private credit, and private equity. She works on assignments for global investment management firms, insurance companies, private equity firms, and wealth platforms. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2015, Christina worked in the fund-of-funds group of a global asset management firm. Christina graduated from Washington & Lee University with a dual degree in English and Political Science.
