Mr. Bartolome works on organizational development processes within strategic implementation and performance management improvement. He advises executives and managers from the understanding of specific issues and needs trough the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions. Mr. Bartolome has worked with several companies of a wide range of sectors in the implementation of new talent management models, including leadership and team development processes. Mr. Bartolome is also experienced in change management and high performance teams, as well as in all the methodologies related to talent management:Yea competency modelling, performance management, career development among others. Mr. Bartolome holds a bachelor's of industrial psychology, a postgraduate in human resources management and a master's degree in organizational development and process consultancy. He is a native Spanish and Catalan speaker and has a good level of English.
