Biography
Ms. Hermann has done extensive work with leaders on strategies around their talent and leveraging Korn Ferry's core solutions, including succession planning, top team alignment and development, leadership assessment and development, and executive coaching.
She delivers executive services, such as assessments, development, and coaching within succession and talent management engagements.
Ms. Hermann's clients appreciate the experience, business acumen, and systems perspective she brings to her engagements.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hermann was a director/partner at executive assessment and development firms YSC Ltd. and RHR International. Responsible for profits and losses, she honed the financial acumen necessary to achieve business goals. Across her consulting, she has worked with clients in energy/oil and gas, manufacturing, financial services, private equity, insurance, retail, transportation, and pharmaceutical industries.
Prior to her consulting career, Ms. Hermann was an executive at United Airlines, where she led a team including training, leadership assessment and development, organizational development, and communications groups on programs in support of an engaged global workforce.
Ms. Hermann holds a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Rice University and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Washington University. A licensed psychologist, she is a member of the American Psychological Association. She participates on the board of the College of Social Sciences at Rice.
