Prior to join Korn Ferry, he worked at another leading recruitment firm managing a team for specialist recruitment. Mr. Du has strong track record serving multinational companies and local Chinese companies in their critical hiring based in China. Mr. Du is knowledgeable and advises multinational clients on multiple occasions about their people strategy in China. He understands traditional businesses and functions very well such as Sales, Marketing, Production, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and HR. He is also very familiar with companies going through Digitalization in recent years, having delivered many hires in this field.
