Biography
Pablo Londoño is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Industrial, Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Consumer practices, with an emphasis on serving clients in Latin America. He brings more than 13 years of experience conducting senior executive searches for multinational, regional and local organizations across industries.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Pablo was a partner with another global executive search firm, where he worked with an array of companies on searches for CEOs, general managers and other C-level executives. He also conducted searches for leaders spanning the marketing, sales, finance, IT and human resources functions. In addition, he led several significant leadership development projects in Latin America.
Previously, Pablo was a client partner with a leading global executive search firm, where he served a range of organizations from multinational corporations to Colombia-based firms.
Before his career in executive search, Pablo held a number of industry leadership roles, including general manager of Seminarium and Laborum.com in Colombia and Mexico. He also served as commercial manager at Grupo CIE, executive vice president at Interplan and corporate manager at Citibank. He began his career with the National Federation of Coffee Growers.
Pablo is president of the Family Business Network in Colombia. He holds a Master of Science in management from the Arthur D. Little School of Management in Boston and a law degree from Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. He also has completed The CEOs Management Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and received a postgraduate marketing certificate from University of California at Berkeley.
