Biography
Abdul Uddin is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry's London office.
Mr. Uddin leads a team of consultants to develop the sector strategy, priorities, and plans; improve client engagement; and ensure the development and delivering of client solutions that improves business performance through their organizations and people.
He is a member of Korn Ferry's internal transformation team, designing and delivering a core development programme to develop consulting capability of Korn Ferry.
His work includes: Director of Local Government business in UK and member of the Public Sector Leadership team; member of the Global Life Sciences sector team and Client Manager for a global pharmaceutical business; and Country Manager of UAE.
Over the last 20 years at Korn Ferry, Mr. Uddin has developed a range of skills and expertise that has enabled him to support executive teams to lead, develop and manage their organisations. His areas of expertise include client management, strategy clarification, performance management, organisational design and development, culture change and reward strategy. Given his wealth of knowledge and skills, he has advised on remuneration committees in the public sector.
Mr. Uddin has a degree in medical biochemistry and an MBA from Manchester Business School and Boston University Business School (US) specailizing in strategic human resources management.
