He has successfully led searches for Vice Presidents for every administrative function, including Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Finance, and Student Affairs, Deans, and Athletic Directors. Prior to joining Koya Partners, Tom worked with a boutique higher education executive search firm. Before moving into the executive search world, he worked for a decade in student affairs in higher education at the University of Michigan, Oregon State University, and Colorado State University.
