Ms. Hazard is a trusted advisor bringing a unique combination of global business and talent development experience, she has worked with leaders from 80+ countries. Ms. Hazard is also a specialist in diversity & inclusion, working with Boards, CEOs and executives on DEI Strategies, including increasing diversity in leadership through inclusive talent practices, sponsorship and targeted development programs with recent results of 39% advancement of participants within one year. Ms. Hazard began her career at Ralph Lauren and Warnaco, was the executive officer of a simulation company, and a vice president for a consulting firm acquired by Korn Ferry. She graduated from The University of Pennsylvania, where she studied at The Wharton School and is a Master Coach, member of ICC, certified in Korn Ferry's Assessments KF 360, Assessment of Leadership Potential, The Inclusive Leader, and Style and Climate assessments, as well as Hogan, HBDI, and IDI. In addition to her service to clients, Ms. Hazard contributes to thought leadership. She moderated Stand with Me, part of the Korn Ferry Race Matters Series viewed by more than 30,000 leaders worldwide, serves on the Global DEI Benchmark Advisory Board, was on the core team for the Korn Ferry / Rockefeller Women CEO Study, was an adjunct professor for Cornell University's ILRS, and a guest lecturer at Columbia University, Rutgers University, India Institute of Management. Ms. Hazard is a primary and contributing author including Cultural Agility: The Global Talent Solution; The Five Disciplines of an Inclusive Leader; Women CEOs Speak; and others. She has presented at The Conference Board, Global HR Forum, The Executive Leadership Council, and many clients' events. Ms. Hazard has also served on Board of Directors for economic development through education, leadership and micro-enterprise for under-served communities.
