Sharon is Head of Research and joined us in 2010. She leads the research effort on senior search and manages and trains our researchers. With nearly 10 years experience in M&A before joining PER, she has great insight into the investment banking sector as well as private equity. She fosters strong relationships with private equity career seekers at all levels, providing advice and information to guide their search. Sharon also puts her French and Italian language skills to good work, covering mandates right across Europe. Outside of work, Sharon and her husband spend a lot of time running after their toddler and encouraging him to appreciate Formula One in the hope that one day he’ll become a racing driver.
