Paddy is a senior associate for True in London specialising in product, data and technology throughout the EMEA region. Prior to joining True, he focused on IT business change working primarily within financial services in the UK for RSG (Resource Solutions Group), where he was responsible for sourcing, delivery, managing client relationships and business development. He began his working life as fully qualified teacher spending eight years teaching a range of ages from primary up to further education. Paddy has extensive experience hiring product and engineering leadership into a diverse range of clients at varying stages across Europe and Middle East including exciting early-stage, start-ups such as Podimo, Jelly and Okadoc as well as more established tech organisations including Zoopla and Spotify. Paddy graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a Bachelor Honours degree in sports education and later completed a PGCE in physical education at the University of Exeter.
