She creates diversity & inclusion initiatives that align with their business strategies. Based in London, Katie has extensive experience in diverse executive searches and leadership advisory. Previously, Katie was a principal in the technology practice at Odgers Berndtson. In that role, she led executive searches – with a focus on consumer and B2B2C (all technology growth) assignments. She worked on internal culture and DEI development. Before that, Katie was a principal in the technology practice at another global executive search firm, overseeing business development strategy for digital client growth across EMEA. She has also held executive search and recruiting roles at the Page Group and boutique firms. Katie holds multiple certifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), including accountant in business, management accounting, UK financial accounting, performance management, and UK taxation.
