Mr. Lohatepanont works with senior executives and board members to enhance organizational and people effectiveness. Partnering with clients, he has addressed prevailing issues, such as mergers and acquisition, strategy alignment, privatization and IPO, human resource (HR) professionalization, workforce productivity, and integration. Mr. Lohatepanont leads engagements and advised many types of client organizations: large conglomerates, small and medium enterprises, privately held, publicly-listed, state-linked enterprises and government agencies. His interest is in technology, oil and gas and banking sectors. He currently oversees Thailand and Vietnam. With more than 25 years of advisory and HR experience, Mr. Lohatepanont has solid knowledge on HR systems and commercial insights. He works with clients in organization design, talent strategy, workforce planning, executive reward, and leadership development. Mr. Lohatepanont also serves as the global technology market leader for Asia and the Pacific area. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was director and head of HR for an integrated telecom conglomerate. Mr. Lohatepanont began his consulting career with Korn Ferry in it's Philadelphia office before relocating back to Thailand to help set up the Bangkok office. He was formerly the head of ASEAN, an ownership board member of Korn Ferry, and was managing director with another major consulting firm. He holds bachelor's of arts in economics and bachelor's of science in electrical engineering from Swarthmore College, and master's of systems engineering and a doctorate in systems from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of Thailand Management Association and a graduate member of Thailand Institute of Directors.
