Ana Gabriela is based in the Korn Ferry Miami Office. She is primarily focused on Professional Search in NA and aligns market efforts to support the Civil Aviation & Aerospace Practice, broader related industrial market in NA and regional Latin American collaboration efforts. With more than 16 years in the Talent area, Ana Gabriela brings experience as an in-house Corporate Recruiter along with an Executive Search Agency background. She has also worked closely within the Talent Management arena, in Training & Development and Coaching/Mentoring. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a Talent Acquisition Manager at HBO Latin America where she spearheaded the recruiting efforts for the organization in a regional capacity. She transformed the Talent Acquisition function into a COE to support 5 countries in Latin America in addition to the roles in Headquarters and the Broadcast Center. Last year, she developed and implemented the Mentoring Program for the organization and is currently the model used in the region. Ana Gabriela started and developed her career in a well-known boutique search firm in the South Florida Market, placing different level professionals in the local and International Financial Industry. She was for 9 years one of the Senior Executive Recruiters at the company, where she placed top candidates in Private Banking Institutions, Commercial and Community Banks as well as International Financial companies. Prior to HBO, Ana Gabriela had joined a South Florida Community Bank, US Century, to lead the recruiting and training functions as a VP, Corporate Recruiter & Training & Development. Ana Gabriela graduated from the University of Florida with BA in Economics. She is fluent in Spanish and a certified coach with a specialty in Career Coaching.
