Doutzen Groothof, Associate Consultant at Mercuri Urval Africa. Doutzen was part of the Mercuri Urval team in the Netherlands between 2008 and 2015 and joined again in 2019, now from Rwanda, Central Africa. Her focus is on the Private Sector and emerging markets in Africa. Doutzen is also the country manager of Mammoth Consulting Africa in Rwanda focusing on strategic team building and capacity building for Rwandan clients and runs her own Coaching bureau on the side. Before Mercuri Urval, she was a consultant, Unit Manager and trainer at USG People Group in the Netherlands. She holds a master's degree in Sociology and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen. Additionally, she is a certified NLP Practitioner and Inner Dynamics Practitioner.
