Ilse specializes in senior-level assignments in (Digital) Media & Communication, Technology, Business Services and Industry. Prior to joining the executive search profession more than 20 years ago, she acquired extensive Marketing & Communication experience at large media companies and high-end electronics companies. In 2007, she successfully launched and managed the executive search division of a global recruitment company. Later, as a Recruitment Manager, she had the opportunity to experience HR at the heart of a multicultural organization undergoing change, and participated in Continuous Improvement projects together with a global Management consulting company. Ilse holds a degree in Communication and HR, and speaks Dutch, French and English fluently.
