Grace Lu serves clients within the firm’s Financial Services and Healthcare Sectors. She is a trusted client advisor to industry leaders, with particular expertise recruiting and assessing top talent for the private equity space. Grace joined the firm in Singapore and is currently based in Beijing. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Grace spent five years with the Boston Consulting Group in Southeast Asia. In this role, her client engagements spanned across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore, with a functional focus on strategy, organization and operations within the financial services and healthcare sectors. Earlier, Grace held positions of increasing responsibility with the Singapore Tourism Board, where her tenure covered three different portfolios in Singapore, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. Her responsibilities included marketing, branding and business development across the sub-segments of business and leisure tourism. Grace received her BS in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, her MS in international policy studies from Stanford University and her MBA from the London Business School.
