Biography
Ms. Warne brings over twenty years of business management and leadership consulting experience to her client partnerships.
She has collaborated with organisations globally in the finance, information, consumer and pharmaceutical sectors. Ms. Warne spent a number of years in the Firm’s Singapore office and has significant experience working with leaders in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Ms. Warne has led client engagements spanning strategic talent consulting, executive assessment and succession, executive and top team development and enterprise leadership programs.
Ms. Warne partners with organisations to create and facilitate leadership solutions that align closely with strategic priorities. She is a passionate practitioner, working with senior leaders and their teams to create the behavioural and mindset shifts that enhance business impact. She has particular expertise in inclusion and diversity.
Ms. Warne’s background as both business leader and consultant informs the practical, insightful and solution-focused edge she brings to her assignments. She has held senior marketing and strategy positions in Sydney, London and New York in the consumer products and financial services sectors.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry she managed her own consultancy, and partnered with an Australian boutique consultancy in executive coaching and leadership development engagements.
Ms. Warne holds a Masters of Applied Science (Sydney University), majoring in Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW). She brings a comprehensive set of evidence-based methodologies to her work and is accredited in several globally recognised tools including Hogan, MBTI, and LSI . She is accredited as a practitioner of Korn Ferry’s Executive to Leader Institute and a suite of assessment tools including KFALP and via Edge.
