Emi Tomita is a Senior Associate at Odgers Berndtson’s Tokyo office. She has nearly a decade’s experience in executive search in Japan. As a Senior Associate, she has widespread experience working on leadership engagements in the technology, digital, FMCG, retail and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Emi started her career sales and marketing roles at a number of international telecom companies. She also worked at a leading FMCG multinational, where she focused on consumer market insights research as well as leading project teams in Japan and the US
