Ms. Voogsgerd is involved in many international projects, working with leaders and leadership teams, helping them to be more effective and at ease in leading their teams and collaborate constructively. She likes to offer to her coachees a moment of pause allowing them to reflect on their behaviour, ways of working and impact and identify and test alternative approaches. Ms. Voogsgerd works with international organisations She has a wide experience in different business sectors, (life sciences, distribution, industry, finance) and focused specifically on supporting their senior executives in strengthening their leadership impact, as well as their leadership team alignment and collective effectiveness. The CEO of an international telecom organization needed to strengthen the collective effectiveness of his leadership team, in order for him to dedicate more time and energy to the development of the business. Bernadette coached him on how to consciously build on a variety of leadership styles in order to empower his team members and increase their individual and collective accountability. This allowed him to more strongly rely on his team for day-to-day operations and focus on the longer-term strategy. A global account Director of an international company struggled with engaging and aligning the regional sales Directors around a common client strategy. Bernadette supported him in developing his interpersonal understanding to understand the needs and concerns of these stakeholders and identify alternative ways to get them on board, using different influence strategies. As a result, the coachee felt much better equipped to constructively work with people with different needs and interests and get their buy-in. Ms. Voogsgerd completed her undergraduate degree in Social Psychology and received her Master's degree in Industrial Psychology. She is certified Hay/McBer on Assessment and Development of competencies, Individual and Team coaching and Emotional Intelligence. She also has attended several specific trainings including Individual Coaching (Activision coaching - Paris - ICF accredited) and Systemic Approach (JA Malarevicz) and is a certified ICF coach level PCC.
