Mr. Fu previously worked for a world leading advisory firm and a top talent solution firm as managing director for China or Greater China. While there he took charge of full business management and top priority client management and key project management. Before that, he worked in Oracle as Greater China HCM Director for the software and services localization, business development and project management. Through more than 20 years advisory career, he has established many practices focus on providing deep insights to predict and drive organization and workforce performance especially in Mainland China and Greater China. Such as helping one Internet giant of BAT to shape its global talent strategy and transformed the HR force from traditional HR to talent advisor ,strongly drive the business result over years. Mr. Fu also has many successful stories to help MNC and POE to address the talent and capability gap in an objective and scale way. And also many significant jobs on how to transform organization culture and leadership diversity to drive the business success. He has also lead many M&A projects to help China enterprises going global , the footprints covered EU and North America. He has also served No.1 China communication by many successful projects including talent management strategy and org optimization., etc. Mr. Fu holds EMBA degree from CEIBS in Shanghai and Master degree in Fin from China Renmin University in Beijing.
