Ms. Just builds strong relationships with clients and challenges them to consider different perspectives. Clients appreciate her straightforward and supportive, yet direct interpersonal style. In addition to her experience specific to PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company, she has also spent a number of years in the career counseling field. Throughout her career she has worked with thousands of leaders. She has extensive experience in talent management systems and process improvement, assessment, development, succession management, and coaching. She has experience in intellectual property development of Korn Ferry products, and has participated in the development and writing of the FYI For Your Improvement book. Her areas of expertise includes individual assessment, leadership development, and designed individual development planning and performance management systems. Ms. Just has obtained her masters in counseling psychology from the University of Minnesota. In addition, she is certified to deliver 360 degree feedback instruments and a variety of personality inventories.
