Lizzie is an Executive Director of our Early Careers team and is an expert in creating hiring strategies for this sector. She is responsible for designing talent acquisition programmes and advising firms on best-practice recruitment processes, attraction campaigns and Diversity & Inclusion engagement on-campus. Lizzie has worked on recruitment campaigns across Europe and in the US, including Spring Weeks, Intern Programmes, and Graduate Schemes for investment banks, asset managers and private equity firms. She has experience in organising events and workshops for brand building and targeted engagement on-campus. She also spearheaded the launch of Dartmouth’s annual Gen Z Hiring Report to advise clients on how to best attract and retain incoming graduate talent. Lizzie graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in English and Russian.
