Mr. Mackey is a senior business and technology strategist with more than twenty years of experience in practice operations, technology strategy and delivery, business planning and strategy, team building, and formulation of scalable frameworks and methodologies. A visionary able to define strategic business and technology programs to achieve measurable business benefit, he has led global teams in solutions development in North America and India, in the delivery and sales of large-scale, multimillion-dollar product and service engagements for Global 2000 companies. In his current role, he has responsibility for sales, product development and client delivery of innovative eLearning methods applied to multiple industries. He leads clients in the design, development, and global deployment of eLearning solutions. Each solution is geared towards increasing the cultural dexterity of leaders and employees. Mr. Mackey and the interactive solutions group help dynamic, complex and driven organizations build sustainable Learning 2.0 solutions. Mr. Mackey earned his bachelor of arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and completed the Windhover Program for pharmaceutical and biotechnology at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
