Based in Vienna, Marion leads Non-Executive Director, CEO and C-Level appointments as well as searches for functional leaders. Her functional expertise includes Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations leaders. She also leads search, board advisory and assessment projects across a variety of sectors. Marion serves numerous family business, government owned, listed and private equity owned groups as well as "hidden champions' and works with national and international clients on the entire range of their leadership needs. Prior to joining the Firm, Marion spent more than 20 years as a trusted advisor in Executive Search and Top Management Strategy Consulting. Her background includes 12 years on the leadership team with a leading European Executive Search and HR Consulting group, as well as 10 years in Management Consulting with Kearney, Booz Allen Hamilton (now strategy&) and IBM Consulting Group. Marion is a member of the Firm's Global Consumer, Industrial and Technology Markets as well as the Firm's Board & CEO Services and the Competence Center Public/Government. Marion holds both a doctorate and master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna and studied at University of Colorado, "cole Sup�rieure de Commerce La Rochelle and European Business School. Extensive further education in Coaching, Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development.
