Paul joined Gerard Daniels in 2005 and is a lead partner in the mining practice, having worked on executive, operational and technical leadership roles for every type of miner globally. He works with many miners in Australia, Asia and Africa who are seeking international talent for project delivery. A metallurgist by profession, Paul worked for a national engineering consultancy, Rio Tinto, North Limited and a global petrochemical company and has deep understanding of all aspects of the resources lifecycle. He holds a degree in science (metallurgy) and is an active volunteer director.
