Kyle has over 15 years of combined experience in information technology and investigations. His areas of focus are digital forensics, data privacy, and information security, with exposure spanning across multiple industries and global regions. Kyle’s diverse experience allows him to offer valuable insight when advising clients in litigations and investigations. Previously, he was part of the electronic discovery group of a leading consulting firm where he worked on numerous high profile Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and investigatory cases. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Columbia University and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He also is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE).
