Philippa Graduated in 1999 with a 2:1 in International Relations and Statistics from Keele University, and subsequently studied the MAPD at Westminster Business School, London. She has been working in the recruitment industry for over 17 years delivering mandates to the UK, Asia-Pac and the MENA region. Since 2009, Philippa has specialised in building and developing corporate governance functions delivering both permanent and contract recruitment solutions to the Banking, Insurance and Consulting industry. Philippa joined Taylor Root in 2017, having spent four years as a Partner with Eames Consulting Group in London. Philippa’s mandate is to strategically build and develop the Compliance and Risk functions across: Banking, Corporate & Commerce, Consulting, Insurance and Legal sectors.
