Ron is a public speaker on leadership, purpose, work and life. He built his business experience in Europe and the USA and held international executive HR positions at Bandag, Ansell and Schneider Electric. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson he worked as a Management Consultant. Ron studied business and leadership and is a graduate of Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
