Born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY, Alana took her passion, work ethic, and attention to detail to Manhattan where she became an integral member of Daversa’s technology practice. She brings incredible focus and effort to her projects that result in ultimate client satisfaction. A graduate of the Rutgers School of Information Technology, and four year Varsity letter-winner, she combines a deep understanding of the industry with a relentless work ethic that leads to matching incredible talent to extraordinary opportunities. She has helped build the C-suites for companies that are at the frontier of innovation and disruption, such as, Bowery Farming, Rebellion Defense, Airtable, Outrider, and many others.
