Building firm relationships with both multinational and local clients up to board level, Vinzenz has led numerous business critical and technical assignments for a variety of industry sectors. Vinzenz especially focuses on the construction sector, including building technology and materials. He also has a strong track record in the diversified manufacturing space. Prior to Korn Ferry, he gained experience in a major professional recruitment consultancy, advising his clients on a wide range of sales and marketing as well as managements positions in the Austrian market. Vinzenz is passionate about the transformation of value chains towards a digital and sustainable future and how his clients can attract, develop and retain the right talent to master this challenge. Vinzenz studied Economics at the University of St. Gallen and continued his graduate studies in International Affairs and Governance in St. Gallen and Moscow. He is fluent in German and English and conversational in Russian.
