Based in Washington, DC, Megan has more than fifteen years of experience across the healthcare value chain – including payors, providers, integrated delivery systems, pharmacy benefit managers, and public health. She has a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and can help leading organizations identify and recruit leaders who drive continued growth and transformation. Megan joins Russell Reynolds from Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare strategy and operations practice, where she advised healthcare executives at both commercial and government entities. Throughout her tenure, she worked side by side with clients on issues ranging from clinical effectiveness to M&A to portfolio optimization. Her data-driven approach coupled with significant execution insight has resulted in effective, sustained goal achievement for the companies and agencies she has worked with. Megan holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Public Health (Health Behavior and Health Education) from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Michigan.
