Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she ran her own boutique executive search firm specializing in C-suite Supply Chain & Operations and before that she spent six years with two other global executives search firms. Katriina brings deep functional expertise in Supply Chain & Operations. She serves international manufacturing firms across primarily industrial and consumer goods. Her areas of passion are unlocking value from the supply chain as well as sustainability and circular value chain leadership. In this context she has assisted many clients in their supply chain transformation journeys, helping them with various kinds of talent and leadership advisory.
