Based in London, Caroline Ford is a member of Spencer Stuart’s global Private Equity and Consumer practices, where she advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on talent strategy across the entire investment life cycle. Caroline focuses on building strong client relationships and partnering with private equity funds to help with due diligence support, as well as identifying and recruiting best-in-class leadership teams. Caroline brings more than 15 years of experience in executive search across a variety of industries, with expertise in the consumer sector. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Oxford.
