Biography
After graduating undergraduate from ECU with a BA in Accounting, Chase accepted a busy season internship with DHG’s Raleigh office. During this internship, he did mostly audit and accepted a full time offer from them going into ECU’s MSA program. After completing his master’s, he went back to DHG Raleigh for a little over a year before transferring to DHG Dallas/Fort Worth. There he hit senior and was within automotive dealership services.
Once finally realizing public wasn’t for him, he moved back to Raleigh where he went to Vaco to find a Senior Financial Analyst position – during this time the idea of recruiting was brought up. After not getting the job with Vaco he cold-called the managing director at Parker+Lynch and started with them soon after. Within his 1.5 year tenure at P&L, he achieved Rookie of the Year nationwide across all industry divisions. After that first year, he knew he wanted to make a career within this space and made the decision to join Vaco.
