His extensive background in digital allows him to work across various sectors and industries, particularly in consumer, professional services and industrial. Vittorio’s work implementing digital technology within more traditional businesses in both small and transcontinental organizations provides him with the knowledge and expertise to inject effective digital competence within organizations in the midst of transformation. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Vittorio was an entrepreneur, having launched three successful start-up companies, and also held senior management positions at Vodafone, Mondadori and Reply. He has published extensively in Italy on the impact of digital technology on labour and media, a topic on which he also often lectures at universities and public events.
