Frederic joined Mercuri Urval as Senior Consultant in October 2020. He is responsible for leading executive search assignments and assessments in the Technology Sector. He brings a track record of delivery across a range of clients in diverse industries, as he has lead assignments for senior positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations (HR, Finance and Logistics) for Technology vendors and Professional Services providers, as well as a large number of roles including Applications, Infrastructure, Security, Digital and Program Management leadership positions for Corporates and SME’s. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Frederic was a Managing Consultant in another executive search and talent management firm, where he worked on senior level assignments in an international environment and served clients in various industries, helping organizations to attract and assess their leadership teams for private, quoted and PE backed companies. In his earlier career, Frédéric has been working for 10 years for market leaders in the Technology wholesale industry, where he held several Sales and Marketing management positions. Frederic graduated in Business Management at ICHEC. He is fluent in French, Dutch, English and have a good command of Spanish.
