Having started her search career in June 2014, she brings extensive experience of assisting clients in building their business & functional leadership teams. She has worked with leading search firms – both Indian and International that built her foundation & delivery expertise across Consumer, Digital, Technology, Financial Services & Real Estate sectors. She began her career in 2011 with Tata Consultancy Services as a Program Management Lead within the Banking & Financial Services vertical. Aparna holds an MBA in Marketing from SIBM, Pune and is a Commerce graduate from the University of Pune.
