Hela has worked in legal recruitment for over 10 years and has a range of experience in recruiting lawyers for private practice and in-house roles. She joined Taylor Root in 2013 and has since specialised in recruiting lawyers for interim placements across commerce and industry covering a range of sectors including retail, media, technology and services. She recruits all levels up to General Counsel, as well as non-qualified positions including paralegals, contract managers and Trademark Attorneys. Hela graduated from Cardiff University with an LLB in Law and Politics and from The College of Law.
