Nidhi joined Six Degrees Executive as a Talent Engagement Specialist for the Victorian Procurement and Supply Chain team in 2021. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management in June 2021. Prior to Six Degrees Executive, Nidhi worked as a Recruitment Resourcer in a boutique financial services recruitment agency for a year and a half. She also has experience in various customer service roles across food and beverage, retail, hospitality, and medical and legal administration, where she developed a passion and skillset for delivering the highest level of customer service. Nidhi enjoys travelling and learning from others, especially those who can help diversify her perspective. She holds herself to a high standard and strives to establish long-term relationships over short-term wins.
