Mr. Moreno's main focus is on the development and execution of the Firm's Advisory services, with some focus on the executive search side of the business. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Moreno led his own company, Human Capital Consulting. Simultaneously, he was a human resources strategy consultant for DMR Consulting. Before this, he was with the Korn Ferry in Spain, most recently directing the sales and marketing department and earlier, overseeing business development in the firm's healthcare practice. Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Moreno worked in consulting for Ernst & Young and Health Management. During this time, he also acquired experience as production director in Figurtecnia, in charge of 3,400 health professionals. As international consultant, Mr. Moreno has participated in and managed projects throughout Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Columbia, Peru, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Honduras. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with the most prestigious economic publications in Spain, and contributed to various books on business and human resources management. He also regularly instructs at business schools such as IE, ESADE, ESIC, ESTEMA, and ESC-EAP. Mr. Moreno earned an executive master's of business administration from Instituto de Empresa, and holds a degree in medicine from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
