Mr. Di Cicco's track record spans private equity and debt, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure, and it runs through the entire investment life-cycle. Mr. Di Cicco advises on forming new fund platforms and on recruiting investing, operating, finance and fundraising executives. He also assembles and leads industry consulting teams to help investors assess talent in potential acquisitions and then develop management teams and systems and processes once the deal is done. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Di Cicco spent several years with another international executive search firm, where he led the Private Equity and Investment Management practices in Asia Pacific. A career entrepreneur and angel investor, Mr. Di Cicco co-founded three technology companies that became market leaders in Asia across internet telephony, connectivity for business travelers and online education. He has served on a number of advisory boards including those of a China-focused renewable energy fund and an emerging markets real estate platform. Mr. Di Cicco is journalist by training and started his career as a foreign correspondent for United Press International, Bloomberg and BusinessWeek. Currently based in Singapore, he has also lived in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Manila, and he has deep experience on the ground throughout the region. Mr. Di Cicco graduated with Distinction from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
