Thalia Sachi Ucksche is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare Practice. Based in Germany, she brings functional expertise spanning corporate strategy, marketing and branding, drug development, academic research and the startup healthcare circuit. With rich experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and neuroscience, including the co-founding of a digital biopharma startup, Thalia brings an entrepreneurial spirit, deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and a keen business understanding to her work with clients. Thalia earned her M.S. degree in biochemistry from the University of Regensburg, and her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg. She completed postdoctoral research at Columbia University’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
