Saša Štebe is Partner, Leadership Services at Amrop Adria. Saša has 15 years of experience in HR and management consulting, working for multinational as well as domestic companies. During this time, she developed from HR Generalist to Head of HR roles with responsibility for people and organisations located across the Adriatic region. She gained experience in the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Banking and Engineering sectors. Sasa joined Amrop in August 2016 as Director, Leadership Services, working on leadership assessments and development. Her last assignment prior to joining Amrop was Head of HR in a privately-owned company where she was responsible for establishing all strategic and operational HR processes. She also worked several years for the largest banking group in Adriatic region where she was responsible for leadership assessment and development. Besides a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, Sasa also completed an Executive MBA program in Zagreb. Saša is Vice-President of Slovenian HR Association, active speaker, moderator, business coach and author of columns in The Slovenia Times. She also holds Certificate for Members of Supervisory Boards.
