He is a specialist in strategic organizational analysis and redesign. His expertise in optimizing core business processes derives from many projects completed in different industries and areas. He has a strong background in engineering driven industries like oil & gas, automotive or high tech, enabling him to cover the critical interfaces between the design of a new process and the system-based implementation. He has a unique focus on optimizing enterprise services quality and cost wise by applying modern architectures like shared.
