Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Scott has more than 18 years of leadership, search and placement experience. Before joining Robert Half he held several key positions including Vice President at both Doherty Career Solutions and Venteon Financial, a Partner at LGC Associates LLC, and Regional Vice President at Ajilon. Scott is actively involved with youth athletics in his community and serves on the Lakeville Hockey Association board of directors. Scott graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
