Ashley Evans Krauth is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources and Consumer practices and the Leadership Advisory Services team, based in the New York office. With a deep understanding of the HR function and the trends affecting HR leaders, Ashley advises clients on executive-level recruitment and succession planning for human resources leadership. She works with clients on HR succession projects, leadership assessments, long-term career development, onboarding planning, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI.) Ashley is a graduate of Davidson College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in history. She also earned a Master of Arts in religion, focused on counseling, from Westminster Theological Seminary.
