Shauna has led numerous engagement teams, including supporting Alliance Management activities for a Global Strategic Oncology Collaboration between companies to co-develop and co-promote an important therapeutic option to drive combination treatments for multiple cancer types and leverage immediate revenue benefit. She has led change management and culture change activities for global business transformation programs, ensuring the implementation new operating models, and embedding new ways of working due to technology changes. Shauna enjoys working at Executive level with organizations experiencing significant fast-paced change and with complex stakeholder environments, to design, manage and lead transformational programs. Her key expertise is the effective leadership of change and transition, Shauna has worked on organizing and delivering several complex projects and programs across multiple sectors and geographies that faced significant challenges, incorporating the management of organization design, cultural change and transitioning to new ways of working. She is a qualified executive and team coach, providing coaching to senior civil servants in the UK as part of their leadership program. Shauna is both an executor and business developer, with extensive engagement management experience including leadership of the assignment team, liaison with the client, integration of assignment activities and management of job commercials. She has worked across multiple industries including life sciences, UK healthcare, home affairs, oil & gas and transport. Shauna received her master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London UK. Shauna holds a Graduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organization Development and Change and a Certificate in Business Design. In addition, Shauna is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach and a six-sigma green belt.
